On 2026-11-04 captured the xemu0.wav excerpt linked from the CMU page, checked WAV metadata and read the accompanying transcription. The 15.336-second clip was not listened to, and the full lecture was not captured. No forensic speaker or editing assessment has been made.

Lecture dated 3 October 1968. The CMU page hosts short excerpts and a transcript, not the complete lecture. The route by which the recording left Scientology and the first public-release date remain unestablished. ARTF-0005 identifies the captured excerpt; its hash must not be used as a hash of the full lecture.

Neither court file has yet been read for this dataset; the assessment rests on their reported contents. Separate court cases do not establish independent provenance of the exhibits. SRC-0012 drew partly on court-filed material. The assertion is retained pending direct inspection and source-dependence checks.

OT III describes Xenu, head of a Galactic Federation of 76 planets founded 95 million years ago, solving overpopulation by having people brought to Earth (called Teegeeack), placed by volcanoes and destroyed with hydrogen bombs; this is called Incident II. Xenu was later captured by loyal officers after a six-year battle and imprisoned in an electronic mountain trap.

Checked on 2026-11-04 against Karin Spaink's quotations of the OT III pages filed in the Fishman case (SRC-0042), not the exhibit itself; locators are the filing's page numbers as she gives them. The quoted handwritten text does not date Incident II itself; Spaink places it 75 million years ago, and Hubbard's figure of 75,000,000 years appears in CLM-0027.

After the explosions the disembodied beings (thetans) were subjected to more than 36 days of implanted pictures, including God, the Devil, angels, space opera, trains, helicopters and scenes resembling modern England, collectively called R6, and were then taken to Hawaii or Las Palmas and packaged into clusters.

OT III also describes Incident I, set four quadrillion years ago at the start of the 'track', as a sequence of a loud snap, waves of light, a chariot, a cherub blowing a horn, further snaps and blackness.

The OT III procedure holds that a person's body is covered with clusters of these thetans (body thetans), which the student must audit one at a time through Incidents II and I; Hubbard warns that running the implant incorrectly can kill, for example by pneumonia, and says he himself went through it in December 1967, emerging alive, probably the only one ever to do so in 75,000,000 years.
